Have I grabbed your attention with this deliciousness?

A little secret about this photo…When it was taken, I didn’t notice the woman standing in the doorway. She actually added to the wonderful authenticity of our being in Italy.

Anyways, after visiting the amazing Pitti Palace for 3.5 hours hours today, we were absolutely starving. Therefore, we decided to walk to Santo Spirito for dinner. We found this nice restaurant and enjoyed a really good dinner, a little entertainment and of course a few glasses of vino.

Our dinners were the Cinghiale In Umido con olive taggiasche (Wild Boar with Olives) and Jody ordered the Tagliata Di Pollo ricotta e grana (Chicken on arugula with cheese). (Everything sounds better in Italian doesn’t it?)

We have always found that no matter where you are in Firenze, you will always find beautiful music playing in the the streets…❤️🇮🇹
